  • Transfer to Daejeon.

  • Mt. Gyeryongsan : It used to be the center of folk-tale and shamanism.

  • Donghaksa Temple : Training and preaching court for the Buddhist nuns.

 

- 4th Day(B/L)
  • Transfer to Iksan.

  • Maitreya : The oldest and largest stone stupa in Korea.

  • Transfer to Hwasun.

  • Eunjusa Temple : Built by Doseon - royal Buddhist monk of Shilla Kingdom. 18 pagodas and 80 statues of Buddha are reminded out of 1,000 Buddhas and 1,000 pagodas that once belonged to this temple.

  • Transfer to Suncheon.

  • Experience the temple stay at Songgwangsa Temple : It produced 16 great Buddhist monks - sanga, and became the center for Zen Buddhism.

 

- 5th Day(B/L)
  • Early morning call for meditation, changing and experience the temple foods at Songgwangsa Temple.

  • Transfer to Mt. Gayasan.

  • Haeinsa Temple : Well known for its collection of more than 80,000 wooden printing blocks which compose the Tripitaka Koreana, the most complete collection of the Buddhist canon to found in East Asia.

  • Transfer to Yangsan.

  • Tongdosa Temple : Built by great Buddhist monk Jajang in 646. This temple has been described as a temple of truth - it keeps the real ashes of Buddha.

  • Transfer to Gyeongju : The capital of the Shilla Kingdom for 1,000 years.

  • Bulguksa Temple : One of Korea's best known temples, a monument to both the skills of Shilla Kingdom architecs and depths of Buddhist faith.

  • Soggumram : One of the world's finest Buddha Shrines dating back to the Shilla Kingdom.

  • Gyeongju National Museum : Preserves the much of heritage including crowns, pottery, Buddhist artifacts and stone sculptures.

  • Tumuli Park : A collection of royal Shilla tombs.

 

- 8th Day(B)
  • Full day free at Gyeongju.

 

- 9th Day(B/L)
  • Transfer to Andong.

  • Hahoe Folk Village and Dosan Academic school.

  • Transfer to Youngju.

  • Buseoksa Temple : Built by great Buddhist monk Euisang in 676. It is famous for its main hall.

  • Muryangsujeon : One of the oldest wooden buildings.

  • Sinheungsa Temple : Originally built in the name of Hyangseonsa Temple by great Buddhist monk Jajang in 652.

  • Shinreuksa Temple : Built by great Buddhist monk Wonhyo in Shilla Kingdom.

  • Transfer to Seoul.

 

- 13th Day(B/L)
  • Changdok Palace : Used at the main palace by many kings of Joseon Dynasty, and has been best preserved among the five royal palaces.

  • Insadong : Most reliable place to purchase antiques and reproductions.

  • Jogyesa Temple : Headquarter of Jogye Denomination.
