Confirmation
All reservation request will be confirmed as soon as possible.
Deposit : As we often have to make deposits in order to secure reservations, a relevant
change will be invoiced to you immediately.
Payment
A. Full payment must be settled through our office prior to customer's arrival
or any option date given in our e-mail or fax at the time of booking.
B. Bank wire transfer or cashier's cheque to be mailed to New World Travel.
C. Personal Checks are acceptable only before departing 30 days advance.
Cancellation
For cancellation of confirmed arrangements a cancellation fee maybe charged
accordingly.
Guides
All services will be provided with experienced english speaking guide.
Accommodations
Standard rooms on a twin-sharing basis at the hotel.
A single room supplement fee will be charged or the client is not able to find
someone to share the room.
Group Discount & Special Services
Discount benefit will be given to group tourists of more than 10 persons.
Not only the daily programs, but also special sightseeing programs can be arranged

Responsibility
New World Travel is not responsible for any damage, accidental delay, additional
expense or other factors which might be caused beyond our control. Korea Tour
Operator as we mention in the Tour Itinerary : the name of travel agency in
Korea is reponsible for all Korea, China and Japan Tour.
